The Government requires a tool for creating and injecting scenarios in the test system that is virtualized, can handle multiple future message types, is expandable and can add additional injection capability with ease. This system is to replace the legacy Scenario Injection System (SIS) and various separate tools will be integrated into on suite of tools using modern coding techniques (containers).
