- Summary CASR is seeking a qualified and experienced professional consultant to administer its Solar Group Purchase Program (Program), including outreach and promotion of the Program, issuing a request for proposals and selecting one or more solar installers, providing ongoing support to Program members, processing rebate applications and distributing rebates in support of income-qualified Program members.
Purpose:
The RFP provides up to $1,500,000 over three years to administer a Solar Group Purchase Program including:
- Educating Denver residents about residential solar
- Running a bidding and selection process for solar installers who will facilitate residential solar installs
- Providing outreach and promotion of the solar group purchase program
- Processing solar rebate applications and distributing rebate funds to income-qualified program members
- Coordinating with the 2023 Program vendor and selected solar installers to deliver solar rebates to income-qualified members of the 2023 Program as necessary
- Increased numbers of program participants and rebate recipients compared to previous years.
- Increased awareness among Denver residents of the Solar Group Purchase Program and the accompanying rebate program.
- Successful residential solar installs via the installers selected and vetted by the consultant
- Positive feedback from program participants
