1. Purpose/Background

Boulder County Healthy Youth Alliance (HYA) seeks to deliver and support culturally sensitive prevention services in Boulder County. Through partnering with community-based agencies, we provide Boulder County families with access to evidence-based, parent education programs; Active Parenting, Nurturing Parenting, and Dare To Be You, and facilitate other prevention related programming as needed. HYA recently launched a program, Institute for Strengthening Families (ISF), to increase access to prevention programs for Spanish speaking families. This partnership will support the Healthy Youth Alliance in delivering culturally sensitive services. This may be through facilitating classes or focus groups, consultation regarding best practices, reviewing documents, translation, interpretation, and general advisement about service delivery.

2. Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.gov on or before 2:00 p.m. August 2, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than August 7, 2023.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

3. Submittal Instructions

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 16, 2023.

Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
