Boulder County is requesting bids for bituminous asphalt from qualified vendors for pricing on various bituminous asphalt products to use in the crack filling, patching, and overlaying projects within Boulder County. All products will be picked up from the vendor’s location by Boulder County hauling equipment. Please see the bid table in the requested information in Bonfire.

Prices quoted shall be guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. Due to anticipated volatility in the asphalt market, vendors will be permitted to notify Boulder County of price adjustments monthly through 2024.

All products shall be quoted, picked up at the vendor’s site by Boulder County hauling equipment. Boulder County intends to award this bid to multiple vendors and plans to purchase product based on the proximity to the job site, availability, quality and the price of the product.

Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at https://bouldercounty.bonfirehub.com/ . Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-delivery; unless otherwise noted.
