BACKGROUND:

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is seeking solicitations from qualified Contractors for the performance of agricultural irrigation system maintenance and repair for all BCPOS owned and leased irrigation systems on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. There are currently thirty-six (36) properties with agricultural systems in place.

The Contractor will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and/or performing maintenance and repair services which may include, but are not limited to: open ditch repair (replacing damaged ditch with pipeline), plumbing, pipelines, and electrical repairs and replacements, system alignment issues, gear boxes, drive motors, drive shafts, wheels/tires, bridging, drops and nozzles, end guns and booster pumps, well pumps and/or motors, ponds, pond pumps, and correcting overturned systems.

SOQs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 15, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
