Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal walk-through will be held on August 7, 2023, beginning at 1:00pm. Interested contractors should meet in the parking lot of the BCHS Lafayette Community School, located at 1135 Cimarron Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026 at 1:00pm. From there, we will caravan to the remaining locations as outlined in Attachment C of this RFP. Contractors should expect the site visits to continue until all locations have been inspected and should be prepared to drive to locations in Boulder and Lafayette.

Purpose/Background
Janitorial Services for Boulder County Head Start. Services will be for five Boulder County Head Start locations, three in Boulder and two in Lafayette per the attached specifications. Boulder County Head Start reserves the right to award one or more chosen contractors for one or more of the 5 buildings specified in this proposal.

Written Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted in writing via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.gov on or before 2:00pm August 9, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than August 14, 2023.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittal Instructions
Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 17, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
