Summit County Government (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide appraisal services for the following:

A real estate appraisal is needed of the market value rent for the proposed lease of a 10.89-acre administrative site proposed for redevelopment. The property is situated in Section 8 of Township 5 South, Range 77 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Summit, State of Colorado. The proposed improvements will include a workforce housing project consisting of approximately 162 apartment units (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms) in six, three-story buildings totaling approximately 136,000 net rentable square feet. The units are anticipated to be leased at an average of 110% of area median income. This part of the project will also include an approximately 1,500-square foot community center. The northern-most portion of the site will be developed with a Forest Service office and work center facility. This part of the project will include a 4,800+-square foot pole barn and a 6,800+-square foot (plus mezzanine) office, fire apparatus, and storage building.
