The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from qualified and competent individuals or companies to operate food and beverage concessions at designated Town parks and recreation facilities. The parks and facilities so designated include Chimney Park Ball Fields, 200 E. Chestnut Street and Chimney Park Pool, 421 Chimney Park Drive. A general description of these facilities and the equipment to be provided by the Town is attached as “Exhibit C” to this Request for Proposal.

The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a concessionaire agreement for a term of one (1) year, with the option of renewing the term for two (2) additional one-year periods upon terms and conditions acceptable to the Town and the successful bidder.
