The Work of this Contract consists of constructing a historic halfway homestead landscape, including but not limited to, earthwork, concrete work, utilities, irrigation, landscaping, electric, paths, installation of nature play equipment and other park amenities, and restoration to anything damaged during construction, throughout the project area as described in the drawings and specifications.

The Project must achieve final completion by February 6, 2024. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to take place on August 1, 2023, based on contractor availability. The Project must be substantially complete in one hundred and fifty nine (159) calendar days, and finally complete in one hundred eighty nine (189) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
