Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 123FK003 issued May 23, 2023 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Low/No Emission Facilities and Fleet Transition Plan. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of ten percent (10%) for the work to be performed. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via RTD’s online procurement portal, OpenGov until 2 p.m. prevailing local time on June 30, 2023. No paper proposals will be accepted.
