Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 123FH025 issued July 12, 2023 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Group 32 Fixed Route Service. The Pre-proposal briefing was held August 3, 2023, at 10 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of five percent (5%) for the work to be performed. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via RTD’s online procurement portal, OpenGov until 3 p.m. prevailing local time on September 21, 2023. No paper proposals will be accepted.
