Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 323FE001 issued August 4, 2023 is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide East Metro Roof Replacement. The Pre-site/bid briefing will be held August 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at RTD’s East Metro Facility, 14100 East Colfax Ave., Aurora, CO 80111. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of ten percent (10%) for the work to be performed. Bids will only be accepted electronically via RTD’s online procurement portal, OpenGov until 2 p.m. prevailing local time on September 13, 2023. No paper bids will be accepted.
