The City of Cortez invites proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to prepare revisions to the City of Cortez Land Use Code (“LUC”), to prepare an updated zoning map, and make affordable housing policy recommendations for the City. The updated LUC must be customized to unique attributes of the City and reflect the City of Cortez Comprehensive Plan. The revisions to the LUC, the preparation of an updated zoning map, and the affordable housing policy recommendations are collectively referred to herein as the “Project.”
