The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and accompanying specifications is to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a bid response to provide hot mix asphalt pavement (overlay) over existing roadways for Routt County. Please see the Scope of Work/Specifications for further details. The objective is to have a fully executed contract by April 26, 2024 with work completed no later than October 4, 2024.
