• Each bid MUST contain the Abandoned/Confiscated Vehicle Sales – Terms & Conditions with bidder’s signature
Successful Bidders:
• Will be notified on Wednesday, March 13, 2023
• Successful bidders must schedule an appointment with Rick Sharrow for vehicle removal
• Vehicles must be removed by 3 PM MST Wednesday, March 22, 2023
• Payment is expected on or before the time of vehicle removal, and must be in the form of a cashier’s check or cash
**THE ITEMS LISTED IN THIS PUBLIC AUCTION ARE ABANDONED VEHICLES, AND HAVE BEEN SITTING IN OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR A FEW YEARS. GRAND COUNTY SHERIFF HAS NO INFORMATION ON ODOMETER, MAINTENANCE RECORDS, ACCIDENT REPORTS, OWNER HISTORY, ETC., AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE VEHICLE UPON SALE AND RELEASE. TWO VEHICLES ARE WITHOUT KEYS, NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN STARTED SINCE THEY WERE ABANDONED. ALL VEHICLES WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OFF-SITE BY SUCCESSFUL BIDDER.
