Notice to the Public

Grand County will be selling to the highest bidder the following equipment.

Minimum bid price is as is posted

ALL EQUIPMENT SOLD AS IS – NO WARRANTY

Grand County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

Viewing Hours:

• 7 AM – 4 PM Monday – Thursday starting June 19th, 2023 and ending June 29th, 2023

Bids must be received:

• Before 3:30 PM on Thursday June 29th, 2023

• Bid on each item separately

• Enclose each bid in its own individual envelope

• Each bid must contain contact info and VIN number

Successful Bidders:

• Will be notified on July 3rd, 2023

• Equipment must be removed by 3 PM on Wednesday July 21st, 2023

• Payment is expected on or before the time of removal

• Payment may be in the form of cashier’s check or cash

Sealed Bids:

• Bids may be sent to or dropped off at the Grand County Road & Bridge Office
