The City of Commerce City (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) for the provision of amusement activities and rentals such as inflatable toys and arcade games for large and small events services (“Services”), on a non-exclusive basis, as detailed in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

The anticipated start date is 2/1/2024. The term is for a one year period, subject to annual appropriation, with the option for renewal for 2 potential annual renewals at the same rates.

Questions regarding RFP requirements must be received by Shannon Griffin, Recreation Supervisor – Youth Services in writing at sgriffin@c3gov.com by 5:00 PM MT on Friday, January 05, 2024. Oral and late questions will not receive responses.

Proposals containing the information required by this RFP, in the format described below, must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (MT) on Friday, January 12, 2024. Proposals shall be submitted in .pdf file format via an e-mail titled “Proposal for Inflatable Rentals”.

It is the sole responsibility of each Respondent to ensure its Proposal is received by the City by the date and time stated in this RFP. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
