The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct RTU Replacements – Civic Center and Eagle Point Recreation Center, 2023-06-FAC. All Work must be completed within the agreed to schedule as defined during contract negotiation and stated in the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM MT on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Bids shall be submitted in electronic and hard copy form. Electronically submit a full bid to Dave Trimble at dstrimble@wemberinc.com . One hard copy of the bid shall be submitted to the attention of Scott Springstead, at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022. There will not be a public opening of the bids. Contractor will be notified if they are selected.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be will be held at Civic Center Building – Conference Rm. 2108, 7887 E 60th Ave, Commerce City 80022, at 10:00 am. MST, Monday, October 23, 2023. Bidders not represented at this site visit will not be allowed to submit bids.
