Commerce City is leasing its office space at 7190 Colorado Boulevard, Commerce City, CO, 80022. The space is located on the fifth floor of the building and consists of approximately 11,000 square feet of office space. This space would be provided to area non-profits, based on need, at low to no cost. These non-profits would deliver human services to the Commerce City community.

The City’s Community Well Being (CWB) Division will utilize 25%-35% of the space to support their operations. The City feels strongly that CWB will be a complimentary use to other, future non-profits that will have a presence in the building. CWB’s mission is “To educate the community to empower vulnerable populations to break the cycles of poverty and build a stronger, more supportive community.” Further, CWB provides resource navigation for those experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness, advocates for client needs, offers case management, and conducts community outreach. At CWB continues to grow, its functions will likely be expanded to include the establishment of a Co Response Program with Adams County, the development of a mobile health unit in partnership with Heart Counseling Center and Adams County, establishing of a housing Navigator and Case Management, bridge housing, and utility assistance.
