The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Monaco Park Renovation Project, in accordance with the approved construction drawings. Project No. PRG-02-2023. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

Sealed bids will be received online or at the Bison Ridge Recreation Center, 13905 E. 112th. Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022, until 3 p.m. MST, Friday, August 25, 2023, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be will be held at the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center, 6060 Parkway Drive, Commerce City, Co 80022 at 10 a.m. MST, Thursday, August 3, 2023.
