The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of Three (3) Roof Top HVAC Units
until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on February 10, 2023 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Project Site Access:
All prospective Bidders who wish to have access to the project site can schedule appointments with Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The cutoff date and time for questions is Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 to verify receipt of questions.
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
