Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Light and Power Building located at 710 East Railroad Avenue, Fort Morgan, CO, 80701. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, November 29, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Doug Linton to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Special Requirements:
Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
