The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Roof Replacement for the Building and Planning/Zoning Department until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on February 23, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado 80701.

. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, February 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Mike Hosier, at (970) 542-6559 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Prospective Bidders who wish to visit the site must contact Mike Hosier to schedule a time for the visit.
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted.

Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
