The City of Fort Morgan is requesting bids for the construction of a Chlorine Analyzer Utility Building until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 28, 2023 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
Project Summary: Construction of a small utility building to house a chlorine analyzer and install one chlorine analyzer, one UV system (internal to the main building) and controls required to operate both systems.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are by invitation only. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered to those invited only. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than provided.

Pre-Bid Conference:

mandatory
pre-bid conference will be held on April 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fort Morgan Water Treatment Facility located at 14625 County Road 8, Wiggins CO 80654. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
