The City of Montrose is requesting formal bids from qualified contractors for a landfill or transfer station location for municipal solid waste disposal. The City currently operates a Municipal Solid Waste collection service for residential and non-residential customers and will utilize the facility for disposal of solid waste materials. Proposals will be publicly received on May 4 ^th , 2023 at 400 E Main Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. Late proposals shall not be accepted and it is the responsibility of the offerors to ensure that the proposal arrives in the purchasing office by 2:00 P.M. on the above date.
