The Delta County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for the installation, associated construction, and commissioning of EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Stations. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for installation, associated construction, and commissioning of EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Stations.

. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.
The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.
There is an OPTIONAL pre-bid event for this Proposal. The event will be held on January 5, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. All vendors interested in attending this pre-bid event shall meet at the Delta County Administration Building located at 560 Dodge St, Delta, CO 81416. From the Delta County Administration Building, all prospective vendors will caravan to each location for a site-to-site walk-through of the installation, associated construction, and commissioning of the EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Stations.
