NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for purchasing construction of Miner's Trail Segments 3, 4, and 5. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for the purchase of construction of Miner's Trail Segments 3, 4, and 5.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County. Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site at Delta County BidNet Direct . Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.

The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.

There is an OPTIONAL on-site visit for this Proposal. The event will be held on April 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Vendors are to meet at the Maloney House at the Delta County Fairgrounds located at 403 South 4th St, Hotchkiss, CO 81419. Any vendor or company representative who attend a walk through on December 1, 2023 may attend this on-site visit, but is not required to.
