RFQ 23-011 EVENT CONSULTING
The Town is offering an annual contract to a qualified candidate. The Town shall have the option to renew the Agreement for two (2) additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement by issuance of an Extension Letter. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a Town prerogative and not a right of the Consultant and will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the Town. |
