Silverthorne Recreation Center Expansion

Concept Design

The Town of Silverthorne (Owner) is seeking proposals from Architect/Engineering firms to provide concept level design in connection with their anticipated Recreation Center Expansion Project (Project) located at 430 Rainbow Dr., Silverthorne, CO 80498. The Town is looking to complete concept level plans and renderings for an expansion to the existing facility.

The Project generally includes: Program Development, Concept Design, Site Test Fits and Renderings. Deliverables are due on or before March 1, 2024.

Interested applicants may obtain a copy of the RFQ/P and supporting documents by contacting the Owner’s Representative, NV5, Inc. at:

All interested firms are invited to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting and inspection of the project site beginning at 1:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the Silverthorne Recreation Center, 430 Rainbow Dr., Silverthorne, CO 80498.

Interested firms must register with the Owner’s Representative to ensure receipt of all future communications. Proposing firms shall submit proposals electronically via email to the contacts listed above. Deadline for proposals is 3:00 PM (local time) Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Further information can be found in the Request for Qualifications and Proposal and the other supporting documents. Each proposing firm shall be assumed to be familiar with all the contract documents.

The Owner reserves the right to act in its best interest and may terminate, modify or suspend the process, reject any or all submittals, modify the terms and conditions of this selection process and/or waive informalities of any submission.

Notice of this Request for Proposals has been published in the Summit Daily News, Daily Journal and posted to the Town of Silverthorne’s website on November 6, 2023.
