The City of Steamboat Springs is accepting proposals for the irrigation, cutting, and baling of approximately 85 acres of grass hay during the 2023 season. It is the intent of the City to enter into a one-year license agreement with the selected party with the option to renew for four one-year term extensions. The Williams Preserve property is located between River Road and US Highway 40.
