Town of Breckenridge - Bus Shelter Snow Maintenance
2023-2024 Request for Bid

The Town of Breckenridge is soliciting written bids from qualified parties to be considered. Interested parties shall submit a written bid by the stated deadline, meet the established criteria as described in the attached instructions, and represent intent, proven capability, and true commitment. Information submitted will be subject to verification.

The Town of Breckenridge is seeking bids for the 2023-2024 winter season for snow maintenance operations at the described below Town bus shelters, bus stops/bus pull outs and sidewalks. Snow plowing will be required when daily snow amounts equal or exceed 2”. Plowing must be align with the below priority scheduling. This contract may run from November 1 ^st , 2023 through April 30 ^th , 2024. For full details on priority scheduling and locations of shelters and stops, please view the full Request for Bid below.

• Questions must be submitted via email, by NOON on September 22nd, 2023.

All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
