The Town of Breckenridge (Town) is requesting proposals for a Food & Beverage Logistics and Delivery Pilot Program (F&B Pilot). Proposals will be accepted until 5PM, local time, January 24, 2024.

The Town of Breckenridge is a Colorado resort community that has witnessed significant commercial growth in its downtown core. The Town of Breckenridge is requesting proposals for a design-build team to establish a food and beverage logistics and delivery pilot program to manage delivery traffic along the River Walk, alleys, and street network. The goals of the program are to increase safety for pedestrians and bicycles, reduce vehicular emissions from delivery vehicles, and increase organization and efficiency of product deliveries to our businesses. The project location is the Tiger Dredge Parking Lot. 150 W. Adams Avenue in Breckenridge Colorado.
In addition to the management of deliveries, the Town desires to explore options for the management and logistics of trash, recycling, and compost collection in downtown as a second phase of the pilot program.
To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed a similar project that has a similar degree of complexity within the past five (5) years.

RFP Available: January 10, 2024
Deadline for Proposal submissions: January 24, 2024
Firm Selection: January 31, 2024
Pilot Program Start: June 2024
