REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WATER QUALITY VAULT MAINTENANCE

The Town of Vail Public Works Department is seeking proposals from contractors for general maintenance, cleaning, of storm water quality vaults, drainage inlets, and Frog Creek Gutter Bin inlet capture devices. All water quality structures can be services with a vacuum truck. Respondents are asked to submit a proposal containing their qualifications, staff and equipment availability and hourly rates for labor and equipment. All materials removed from vaults can be disposed of at the Town of Vail Public Works Department’s snow dump at a location approved by the engineer. Proposals will be reviewed and used to establish a qualified vendors list.

The successful firm shall hold pricing for the term of the contract. The Town of Vail reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals on any basis without disclosing the reason.
