for
Property Management Services at
Buffer Creek Condominiums

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

The Town of Vail, Colorado (the “Town”) and the Board of Directors of the Buffer Creek Condominium Corporation (the “Association”), collectively referred herein as the “Parties” are issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate property management services for Buffer Creek Condominiums, located at 1860 Meadow Ridge Road, Vail, CO 81657.

In general, the Property Manager selected as a result of this process will provide administration and management, inspection, maintenance and repair, financial services, and work cooperatively with the Board of Directors of the Buffer Creek Condominium Corporation (the “Association”) to manage the property referenced below.

The referenced property is a three-story building that houses ten (10) condominiums with approximately 8,068 square feet in total that was built in 1969. It sits on approximately 0.34 acres and includes adjacent exterior parking. The building is 100% occupied.

Seven units are currently owned by the Town and the remaining three units have individual owners.
