The Town of Vail has issued a Request for Proposals for CM/GC services on December 11, 2023 for the Dobson Ice Arena Remodel Project to a shortlisted group of general contractors. The general contractors were selected from responding contractors to an earlier Request for Qualification procurement issued on October 27, 2023. The shortlisted contractors and their respective contact information are:

• Mortensen Construction
• GE Johnson Construction
• Hyder Construction/McHugh Construction

If you are interested in proposing on the project as a Subcontractor or Supplier, you must reach out to the shortlisted General Contractors and follow their process to qualify and propose on the project. The Town will not be responsible for ensuring that your proposals are received by the General Contractors.

The General Contractors proposals are due January 30 ^th by 3 pm to the Town of Vail.
