Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 122FK002, issued July 22, 2022 was seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Battery Chargers for Electric Buses. Proposals were received by Contracting and Procurement, RTD, 1900 31st Street, Denver, Colorado 80216 until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on August 31, 2022. Eight proposals were received: ABB E-mobility, Inc., Ampcontrol, Amply Power, ChargePoint, New Flyer of America, Inc., Proterra, Inc., Siemens Industry, Inc., Winn-Marion Barber LLC. Award recommended to Siemens Industry, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $1,850,000.00 pending approval and full execution of the Contract.
