Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 122FH017, issued June 17, 2022 was seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Work Order Based Contracts for Technology and Applications. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of fifteen percent (15%) for the work to be performed. Proposals were only accepted electronically via email by Contracting and Procurement, RTD, Bethany.swank@rtd-denver.com until 2 p.m. prevailing local time on September 1, 2022. No paper proposals were accepted. Four proposals were received: 6e Technologies, Clovity, DatamanUSA, LLC, NewPush. Award recommended to Dataman USA pending approval and full execution of the Contract and approval by the Board of Directors on November 15, 2022.
