Project Description:

Platte River Power Authority ("Platte River") is seeking a contractor to reroute Platte River’s 24" offsite water supply pipeline at the intersection of Larimer County Road 9 and County Road 70 (Owl Canyon Rd.). Larimer County is installing a box culvert and roundabout at the intersection. Roughly 1,400 to 1,500 feet of Platte River’s 24” waterline must be rerouted to keep it from being in conflict with the box culvert and out from under the roundabout as much as possible. The contractor hired for the reroute will work closely with Platte River, Larimer County, and the contractors hired by Larimer County for the overall roadway project. It is imperative that all parties coordinate and work together at all times.

Pre-qualification requirements:

Proposals will be considered only from those Bidders who have submitted their qualifications, in accordance with Platte River prequalification form requirements, and have been approved on the basis of their submitted qualifications prior to issuance of the Bid Specification and Documents.

Completed prequalification forms must be received by Platte River no later than 11:00 a.m., local Mountain Time, Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

NOTE: ALL requested information on the forms must be provided. Failure to submit the requested information will result in a denial of the Bidder's qualifications.
